Today we're designing a fine dining style entrée, featuring a mushroom risotto and savoury tuile. First we'll make a delicious mushroom risotto to use as our base, then we'll make the accompaniments - a parmesan tuile, caramelised red onions, deep fried mushroom chips and a green salad with a vinaigrette dressing. When all our components are ready, we'll plate it up in a fine dining style and discuss some presentation aspects of the dish. Adding a range of colours and textures can make a huge difference to the overall dish, so in this video we learn how to incorporate these things when designing our own dishes.
